ENTRY LEVEL BEGINNER COURSE
P1 – The Fundamental and Beauty Makeup Program
This program is a must as it is the base and fundamentals of the Makeup Industry. Here you are introduced to Various kinds of Products and tools needed to learn Makeup Artistry. The program covers technical knowledge on Colour Theory, Shading , Skin Tones , Skin Types , Face Charts , Face shapes and Blending Techniques. Towards the end of the courses , a student has to go through a theory examination and a minimum of 80% is required to clear the same. After this program you will have a clarity on the everyday makeup looks and blending techniques. You would then be able to step towards the Bridal Program which further covers in depth training and knowledge .
BRIDAL MAKEUP ARTIST PROGRAM
P2 – The Bridal Airbrush and Hairstyling Program
Once a student has finished P1 they then progress to P2 . The program includes P1 and then further covers all the aspects of the Bridal Industry. Here we cover Brides of India from North to South and from West to East including Western and Arabic Brides. The course is a blend of various traditions, culture and the looks needed for each occasion. The program also includes a 3 day intensive Airbrush Course and 6 day Basic Hairstyling Course and a one day saree draping course, so you could take up Bridal assignments which require Basic hairstyling and Makeup as per the tradition. Towards the end of the program students go through 2 exams . Theory exam where they need to achieve a minimum of 80% followed by a Practical exam.
Practical exam is your portfolio building. The students have to decide a bridal theme, arrange for outfits , and jewellery to match their bridal assignment. Models will be allocated by the academy and a photographer would be assigned as a part of their portfolio shoot. The students have to achieve a minimum of 90% in order to clear the program and be eligible for a Certification. Upon successful completion a student can choose to progress to Level 3 .
FASHION MAKEUP ARTIST PROGRAM
P3 – This program includes P1, P2 and further progresses to Advance Fashion Looks. The program covers the latest Makeup Trends , Avantgarde artistry and advanced Fashion looks. Here students are introduced to the history of Makeup. Topics include Retro, Ramp and Fashion and modern trends. Towards the end of the program students go through 2 exams . Theory exam where they need to achieve a minimum of 80% followed by a Practical exam.
A fashion theme and a mood board is provided and students would have to perform the looks on the models allocated to them. A photographer would be assigned to shoot their portfolio.
The students have to achieve a minimum of 90% in order to clear the program and be eligible for a Certification. Upon successful completion a student can choose to progress to Level 4 .
MASTER ARTISTRY MAKEUP PROGRAM
P4 – This program includes P1, P2, P3 and further progresses to the world of Fantasy Body art Creativity and Prop Making. This is a super creative and interesting program. Here the students are pushed further to their thinking and creativity .The course takes you back in time as a child , where it is all about art , creativity and prop making. Towards the end of the program students go through 2 exams . Theory exam where they need to achieve a minimum of 80% followed by a Practical exam. A Creative theme and a mood board is provided and students would have to perform the looks on the models allocated to them. A photographer would be assigned to shoot their portfolio. The students have to achieve a minimum of 90% in order to clear the program and be eligible for the Master Certification.
