Rita Verma is a trained Makeup artist & Phd specialist in Skin, Nutrition & cosmetic sciences, with over 26 years experience in makeup & Skin under her wing, She has trained from London school of Fashion completing her Hons. In media makeup & special Efx & has worked in BBC & Itv for over 7 years, She has done over 30k plus Makeup events throughout her working professional life & Has worked extensively in bollywood.
At the age of 44 years, Rita followed her dream to become a master, majoring in Skin- Adult Acne, Nutrition & cosmetic sciences. She has recently completed her phd in Natural Beauty & Cosmetics sciences from an international university Madrid, Spain. She has won awards for her outstanding performances in her thesis on Anti ageing formulations & practicals during her academic time in Fellowship in Medical Aesthetics at NSFA, Chennai (Mount bridge University, Columbia, USA)
Rita, is also the India Managing Director & Business Partner for SMA International makeup academy (Pune, Delhi, Bangalore and soon to open in different cities and abroad), that has trained over 50k students per year in India& been able to provide stable jobs in retail cosmetic companies to many students.
